Speak Like a Professional, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Data Deletion Instructions page for its private, internal Meta-integrated application.

This application is intended for internal business use only and is not offered to the general public.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of data associated with our Meta-integrated application, please send an email to:

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The Meta account, Page, or business account associated with the request

  • A description of the data you want deleted

  • Information reasonably necessary for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request

Verification Requirement

To protect account security, privacy, and business records, we may require reasonable verification of the identity and authority of the person submitting the request before taking action. If we cannot verify the request, we may deny or limit the request to the extent permitted by law.

Scope of Deletion

Upon receipt of a verified request, we will delete data from our active systems that we are required to delete under applicable law and Meta Platform requirements, unless retention is permitted or required for legitimate business, legal, compliance, tax, security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or contractual purposes.

Deletion may include removal of stored Meta-derived data under our control, where applicable.

Data We May Retain

Notwithstanding a deletion request, we may retain certain information when necessary to:

  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or compliance obligations

  • Protect our legal rights or defend against claims

  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, or investigate misuse

  • Enforce our agreements, policies, or platform requirements

  • Preserve backup, archival, or system integrity records for a limited period as part of routine business continuity practices

Any retained information will continue to be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Timing

After we receive a verified request, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to process it within a reasonable period of time. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request, the systems involved, verification status, and any legal or operational retention requirements.

Limitations

We are not responsible for deleting information held by Meta or by third parties not under our ownership or control. Requests concerning data maintained directly by Meta should also be submitted through Meta’s own data and privacy tools, where applicable.
