Speak Like a Professional, LLC offers digital products and virtual learning experiences, including PDF downloads, digital resources, live virtual workshop registrations, recordings, courses, and related educational materials.
Digital Delivery Policy
All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
Depending on the product purchased, delivery may include:
an instant download button on the order confirmation page;
a confirmation email with a download link;
a confirmation email with access information for a live virtual workshop;
a Zoom registration or access link for live virtual events;
digital access to recordings, courses, or other online educational materials.
Digital products are typically available immediately after purchase. For live virtual workshops, customers will receive confirmation and access details by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery or access if there is a technical issue.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, download link, or access information, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at [email protected].
Free Digital Delivery
All digital products and virtual access materials are delivered electronically. There is no shipping charge for digital delivery.
No Physical Shipping
Speak Like a Professional, LLC does not ship physical products for digital purchases. No printed workbook, handout, course material, recording, or other physical item will be mailed to your home or business unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
During checkout, you may be asked to enter a physical address. This address is used for billing, payment verification, tax, or order processing purposes only. It is not used for physical shipping.
Download Access
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, download links do not expire. Customers may access their digital download through the confirmation email associated with their purchase.
If you lose access to your confirmation email or download link, contact [email protected] and we will make a reasonable effort to resend the link or provide access to the purchased material.
Technical Issues
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or you do not receive access to your purchased product, contact us at [email protected].
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
If there is a technical issue with the product or delivery, we may provide one or more of the following:
a replacement file;
a resent download link;
corrected access information;
access to the correct product;
store credit;
an exchange;
or, when appropriate, a refund.
Returns and Refunds for Digital Products
Because our products are digital, they cannot be physically returned.
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, cash refunds are not guaranteed after purchase, especially once a product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available. Speak Like a Professional, LLC cannot always verify whether a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, copied, or used.
However, we want customers to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your digital product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit, an exchange, replacement access, or another reasonable solution.
Store credit may be offered when a customer is not 100% satisfied with a digital product but the product has already been delivered or made available.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
duplicate purchase;
billing error;
wrong product purchased;
corrupted or inaccessible file;
customer never received access;
technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved;
other order errors reviewed by Speak Like a Professional, LLC.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The exact timing may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for digital products when a customer accidentally purchases the wrong item or needs a more appropriate product.
Exchange requests should be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Because digital products are often delivered immediately, cancellations are not guaranteed after purchase.
If you realize you made a purchase in error, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the product has not yet been delivered or access has not yet been provided, we may be able to cancel the order or provide an exchange or store credit.
For live virtual workshops, cancellation or credit options may depend on the timing of the request, the workshop date, and whether access materials have already been sent.
Live Virtual Workshops
Live virtual workshops are delivered online, typically through Zoom or a similar virtual meeting platform. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout so they can receive access information.
If you do not receive your workshop confirmation or access link, contact [email protected] before the scheduled workshop time.
If a live virtual workshop is canceled or rescheduled by Speak Like a Professional, LLC, customers will be offered updated access information, store credit, an exchange, or a refund when appropriate.
Educational Use Disclaimer
Products, workshops, recordings, courses, and digital resources from Speak Like a Professional, LLC are educational in nature. They are designed to support communication learning, professional development, and skill-building.
Digital products and educational materials are not individualized speech-language pathology clinical recommendations, medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or a substitute for personalized professional services.
Purchasing a digital product does not create a clinician-client, therapist-client, or healthcare provider-patient relationship with Speak Like a Professional, LLC.
