First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders — automated delivery emails sometimes land there. Search for an email from [email protected] or with the subject line containing your product name. If you used Gmail, also check the Promotions tab. If you still can't locate it, contact us with your full name and the email address used at checkout — we'll resend your link within one business day.

Your download link is active for 24 hours from the time of purchase. We strongly recommend downloading your file immediately and saving a backup copy to your personal cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud). If your link expires before you've had a chance to download, reach out to us — we're happy to extend access as a courtesy.

All digital products are delivered as PDF files — the most universally accessible format for professional documents. PDFs can be opened on any device (laptop, tablet, phone) using a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview (Mac/iPhone), or directly in most web browsers. Where applicable, products may include both a digital fill-in version (form fields you can type into) and a print-ready version.

We understand mistakes happen — please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll work with you on a solution. If you haven't downloaded the product yet, we can often arrange an exchange for a different item of equal value. You can print at home on a standard printer or take the file to a local print shop (Staples, FedEx Office, or a local print center) for a professional bind. If you prefer a digital experience, our workbooks include fillable form fields so you can type directly into the PDF without printing.
